James F. Pinzino - President
As founder of International Computerware, Inc. (ICI) in 1985, Mr. Pinzino possesses 30 years of experience in the I.T. Industry. Commencing his career in 1976 with the Burroughs Corporation as a Sales Representative, Mr. Pinzino was quickly promoted to Zones Sales Manager.
After 5 years he left the Burroughs Corporation to sell Manufacturing Software Solutions before entering the Software Services field. Eight years after starting ICI, he partnered with Jamie Shepard to further develop the breadth of solutions offered by the company.
Today, as President of ICI, Mr. Pinzino's unique combination of Sales and Marketing background along with his Business Administration skills, provide the company with the strong Business Management direction required to effectively compete and succeed as a Professional Services and Systems Integration firm.

Jamie Shepard - Executive Vice President - Technology Solutions
As Vice President of Technology Solutions for ICI since 1993, Jamie has been instrumental in shaping the direction, strategy and focus of ICI as it has grown to be one of the leading consulting firms in the Northeast specializing in Storage Architecture, Design & Implementation; Backup, Recovery and Archiving Services (BURA); Virtualization Design and Implementation Services, Database Architecture, Design and Support and Business Continuity/Remote Replication for DR.
Jamie's daily responsibilities include the management of over 60 of ICI's World Class, "Best of Breed" Global Professional Services team.
Jamie has been developing IT Solutions for over 15 years; first in New York City working on Wall Street developing and supporting investment trading and funds transfer applications and systems for the global financial community.
Jamie holds several industry certifications along with years of hands-on EMC implementation experience and the positioning of various infrastructure solutions centered around EMC, this enables him to accurately assess, design and deploy the proper solution for your company to meet certain RTO, RPO, SLA's and overall business objectives.

Eric Ransden - Managing Director - Technology Solutions
Eric Ransden was recently promoted from Director of Business Development to Managing Director - Technology Solutions for ICI. Since his arrival at ICI in 2003, Eric has transformed ICI from a pure professional services model to a comprehensive consulting, solutions and integration organization. Eric has expanded the company's marketplace beyond the enterprise to commercial and small-medium businesses, broadened the company's industry alliances, and established new selling and partnership opportunities.
Before joining ICI, Eric directed the technical services, business development, and marketing activities during three years as Director of Technical Services for the New England based network security company. While there he developed their Network Security Audit program which became their fastest growing and most profitable program.
Prior to Eric's transition to Professional Services and technical sales, Eric was the IT Director of Technical Services for several organizations including Ceridian Corporation, Storability, and Work/Family Directions. During his 15 years in IT he was recognized for transforming IT departments into highly efficient and business centric partners to the organization. ICI's customers benefit and continue to leverage Eric's IT experience to improve their own organizations and developing long term goals and objectives.
Ali Bliss - Vice President Business Development and Marketing
Ali Bliss joined ICI over 3 years ago as an Technology Solutions Account Manager where he rose to lead the BuRA (Backup, Recovery and Archive) initiatives and has prior sales and marketing experience with IBM and EMC.
Before joining ICI, Ali worked at EMC as an Inside Sales Manager for the Northeast coming from an outside Account Manager in New Jersey area. Ali's background stems back to his US Military experience where he was driven to succeed in an process oriented envrionment and this translates perfectly well to solutions oriented I.T. initiatives.
Ali will be engaged at all levels of ICI and will have a direct influence both from a tactical and strategic level for all ICI offerings and divisions. Ali will be the face of ICI reporting to Jamie Shepard EVP - Technology Solutions.

Brad Maltz - Chief Technology Officer - Technology Solutions
Brad joined ICI in 2002 after more than 6 years of designing and implementing both EMC and Data General CLARiiON SAN solutions. Prior to joining ICI, Brad was a consultant for EMC Corporation where he was the most sought after CLARiiON implementation consultant and solutions architect in the New England area.

Upon joining ICI, Brad continued his work for EMC delivering Enterprise and Commercial (SMB) CLARiiON solutions, scripting and replication solutions for Exchange, SQLSERVER, ORACLE, PROGRESS, SYBASE and proprietary applications throughout New England. Brad has quickly risen to the ranks of Chief Technology Officer during his time with ICI where he began as an Implementation Consultant.

Tarun Singh - Chief Strategy Officer
Tarun has been an instrumental leader for ICI's Professional Services organization since 2001 when Tarun joined ICI. Tarun has progressively risen through the ICI ranks to the current level, CSO Chief Strategy Office, where Tarun is leading a team of Technological and Process oriented strategists influencing the Global 2000 and beyond using ICI's Trademarked, nCubed, methodology of, Now, Next, Nirvana. Tarun has worked in the I.T. Industry since 1997 and has been involved in building and designing complicated Infrastructure solutions since 1998 for a large New York based cable company, where he worked as a Sr. Systems Engineer.
Tarun has been a lead architect in the stroage and backup environment since 1999 with direct involvment using EMC's VMax, Symmetrix and Legato's Networker technologies. ICI's expertise in large scale data classification, movement and replication was recognized by a large State Agency in the Northeast, by requesting Tarun's expertise onsite at this State Agency since 2002 where he has been involved in designing / architecting multi site Data Centers, security, archive and data replication best practices.
